Elmer Bischoff

Top: Two Figures at the Seashore, 1957, &
Bottom: Figures Back & Profile, 1960

I like these two paintings so much, I might put these examples in my sketchbook. These two paintings almost look like when I try to do the painting in class during the first half of the semester. If you saw my first paintings, they were something that looks almost the same as these two. However, I have progressing a lot better as the semester goes on. I think that since we're imitating the style of Bischoff, it is almost "back to square one" for me. In other words, I can do the same like I did in the beginning of the semester, but make it a lot better.
