Marcus Krackowlzer, Keleti

This may be too highly impressionistic for the purposes of this class, but I do enjoy the extreme value and temperature contrasts--the cools are literally blue-black and the warm light consists of bright, warm yellows and pale oranges. 
I think the colors are more exaggerated than they will be in our paintings in class, but I believe this kind of boldness is necessary to create believable space and light. It's much simpler to dull something down than to punch it back to extreme cool/warm or light/dark.
